Hydraulic component comprehensive testing system

It consists of the functional modules such as noise laboratory, mechanical power drive module, hydraulic power module, hydraulic control module, linear motion control module, rotary motion control module, central control system etc. The functional modules can be combined according to performance testing requirements of hydraulic components and hydraulic systems, and testing process planning and control can be implemented by central control system through network or bus. Based on load spectrum test data of construction machinery, hydraulic system performance and reliability testing as well as evaluation can be done.

Hydro-machanical transmission test stand

Hydro-machanical transmission test stand includes performance test machine and factory test machine.

Hydro-machanical transmission performance test stand can conduct performance and life tests on hydraulic mechanical transmission device assembly. The test machine is designed in modules and can be quickly combined according to testing needs to conduct development, test and research on hydraulic transmission systems and key components of construction machinery, research on automatic transmission theory and control technology of construction machinery as well as physical simulation and matching research of construction machinery transmission systems.

Factory test machine for Hydro-machanical transmission devices can meet the cleaning and corresponding factory inspection and testing requirements of torque converters and gearbox assemblies in construction machinery.

Hydraulic equipment test device has 2 types: power loading test device and rescue equipment test device.

Power loading device was developed for loading test and evaluation of hydraulic power stations in marine engineering equipment. It consists of loading valve block, flow meter, cooler, seawater filter and acquisition control system, all of which are integrated into a container. By controlling the output parameters from power station, hydraulic system performance testing can be made. It provides scientific basis for daily performance testing of power station system.

        Rescue equipment test device consists of hydraulic power station and control console. It provides variable flow and pressure power source, controls the direction of fluid flow and achieves measurement of the parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature etc. It is used for indoor and outdoor rescue equipment commissioning, training etc.

Pile hoist test device is used for simulating lifting test and performance test of built-in hydraulic pile hoist to ensure pile hoist product safe and reliable. It consists of loading component, load-bearing component, sample pile pipes, hydraulic and testing system. Hydraulic system drives loading cylinder to push load-bearing component and apply force on pile hoist. By changing loading component angles, horizontal and vertical loading tests can be achieved.

VIV pipe laying simulation test devices

VIV pipe laying simulation test device has S-Lay laying dynamic simulation function, which can simulate dynamic loading of the S-Lay stinger roller on the VIV Strake, protective casing and other marine pipe protection devices, and can also test protection device slippage force. It consists of experimental device, hydraulic loading system, traction system, electronic control system etc.

Electrical control system adopts EtherCAT distributed system to collect various sensor data from power station and test bench. Through the communication with frequency converter and servo motor, the frequency converter motor and servo motor are controlled to complete test box reciprocating motion and hydraulic system loading.

This test device can meet the testing requirements of the steel pipe with a length of 9 meters and a diameter of φ114mm~φ1000mm. Steel pipes are tied with VIV Strake, protective casings and other protective devices with a thickness of ≤ 60mm.

Hydraulic loading system adopts the form of a four column press, with load ranging from 1 to 500kN and stroke of 900mm.

The traction system consists of two electric drive winches, with a rated traction force of 200kN and a constant speed of 0-6m/min.

Aircraft landing gear testing device consists of wheel fatigue strength test stand and aircraft landing gear retraction reliability test stand.

Wheel fatigue strength test stand can achieve three wheel alternating loading, consisting of drive system, loading system and control system. Loading load, linear velocity, measure drum rotation speed, tire compression, cumulative test mileage and other parameters can be set.

It is responsible mainly for normal retraction and control of landing gear, simulating landing gear loading conditions during actual use, including aerodynamic loads, mass forces, inertial forces, locking resistance etc.
